Does the construction of the hall require foundations to be built?

Foundations are always required for TS types; the size is stated in the delivered static calculation and the derived loading of the lower construction. For other types of halls the anchoring is usually on asphalt areas, interlocking pavements, cemented surfaces, prefabricates, etc. Ideal anchoring is into concrete foundations.

Are the halls constructed on the basis of a notification or building permit?

A building permit is always required for the TS hall type. Other types of halls up to 1000m2 are temporary constructions so for these, notification of the construction is sufficient. Our company will arrange the building permit and construction notification.

Can the hall be financed through your company?

Our company will ensure leasing or a long-term lease. We will also advise you regarding the use of subsidy funds. We consult financing with experts and have extensive experience in this area.

Do you construct tailor-made halls?

Yes. As we have our own construction and static office, we can implement production of the hall according to the wishes of the client.

Which type of hall should I choose?

In the basic classification we have two types of hall. The first hall type has a solid roof cover, where the prime advantage is the service life. For these hall types a building permit and precise foundation constructions are required. The second type of hall, covered with softened PVC offers advantages in the form of fast construction with no building permit or special foundation constructions required. Acquisition costs are also lower. For these types of halls we offer a wide range of constructions with respect to quality and price.

Is roofing from softened PVC sufficiently resistant?

The roofing is statically and constructionally designed according to the loading from wind and snow in the area. We offer three types of standard covers; each type differs by weight and surface treatment. The service life of the covers is 10,15 and 20 years and the third cover can be compared to solid roofing. For comparison reasons, the price offer contains all types of covers.
